webex on Mac - high CPU

when I run webex on my mac I got high cpu usage and fan increase speed/noise to max level. 

after closing webex, cpu values return normal.

I'm using webex  43.5.0.26155 on  maxOS Ventura13.4 (22F66).

 I use 43.8; every time I use WebEx, the CPU goes wild. The noise is insane; I can barely hear someone speaking on the other side.
