Somewhat new so go easy on me. I'm struggling to get a Webex Autonomous AI Agent perform a simple HTTP lookup.
Scenario --> Customer calls into agent, agent recognizes patient by phone number. Patient asks what their prescription details are. In profile section of AI agent studio the agent is directed to use 'refill' action. Action points to Webex Connect Service and flow.
Issue --> Agent claims to have successfully retrieved prescription details but is unable to tell me what the prescription or refillid is.
First thing I'm unsure of is do I only use the HTTP request node in Webex Connect? Do I need to Parse it afterwards? When would I use an HTTP request in Flow Designer vs Webex Connect?
In the logs it appears to make a successful GET request and I see the variables populated with data but the AI Agent doesn't seem to recognize it or be able to read it back to the patient.
I've tried different input variables, parsing, http request in flow designer and have read everything I can but it's apparently not clicking. Any help is appreciated!
