Error when attempting to add Cisco 7811 Device

I have received a report from a user that they are seeing the below message when attempting to add a device and they believe this may be because the devices have been taken off another account they are already on Cisco Provisioning server under a different organisation, do you have the ability to remove existing devices from Cisco servers? Please advise if this is the case and how the user can resolve this issue?
