touch 10 issues an error

we replaced the codec after connecting Touch 10 (tablet) it gives the error below, what should I do, who has encountered, what can I do?

You will need to reinstall/upgrade the software on the codec - this will then allow the codec to upgrade the connected Touch 10's software to match.
