Hello Community,
We have a customer using Webex with a Cisco Room Kit Plus and a Touch 10 panel. While the Room Kit Plus is still supported, the Touch 10 will reach End of Support starting from next February.
My question is:
Does the customer need to replace the Touch 10 with a Room Navigator to continue using Webex, or will the Touch 10 remain functional as long as the Room Kit Plus is supported?
Thank you in advance for your guidance.

The Touch 10 will continue to function, however, any issues with it operating will no longer be supported by Cisco, and will require the Touch 10 to be replaced with a Navigator at whatever point you have an issue with it.
Any new functionality will not be guaranteed to work on the Touch 10, so, you may come across operational issues at some point, but, if when this may happen, cannot be guessed at this point in time.

Hello
I believe support will end in February next year, but does that mean the device will immediately become unusable and unable to register with the Control Hub?

Unusable = No - you will still be able to use it, but the devices it remains connected to will not be able to be upgraded to RoomOS 26, and will need to stay on RoomOS 11.
Unable to register to Control Hub = Yes - you will no longer be able to register a Touch 10 to Control Hub. The device it is connected to will still be able to register and operate as expected.
