I'm hoping to receive some guidance on how to fix this issue. I have a staff member that using a Pixel 6 as a work phone. We recently moved to WebEx from mobility. After the upgrade the member can no longer get voicemail on their cell phone. (imaged attached). We have uninstalled, factory reset, to name a few and nothing works. Our other team members have iPhone and androids and there are no issues with them, just the pixel 6. Can someone on your team provide any guidance on how to remedy this issue?
