We have multiple Webex devices registered to the cloud. Is there a way to combine them into a single link that can be added to the company portal, allowing users to see when a room is available and schedule their meetings accordingly?

for cloud-registered Webex devices there isn’t a way to generate a single “combined” booking link directly from Control Hub. The scheduling and room availability piece comes through Calendaring integration (Hybrid Calendar or M365/Google integration) - i personal use m365. Once that’s in place, each device/room has its own resource calendar in Outlook or Google Workspace — users check availability and book it just like a meeting room.

If your goal is a single portal link where employees can browse all rooms, the typical approach is to surface those room calendars in your company’s intranet or booking system. Many customers use Outlook/Exchange “room list” or Google “resource calendars” for this, then embed or link that view. Webex itself doesn’t consolidate multiple devices into one URL, but it does expose free/busy status once the calendar integration is enabled.

So the practical solution is: integrate Webex devices with your calendar service, then publish or link the room calendars in your company portal for employees to see and schedule.
