Cisco Support Assistance bot

I've added the support assistance bot to a group space that monitors TAC case alerts via the foosball-case-alerts bot.

When i ask it a question w/ mention, it responds in my direct support assistance space vs. the group space.  

How can i get it to respond to the (internal Cisco) group space?

jyoungs@cisco.com not sure who the owner of that bot is, but you would need to contact that team. If it's a TAC bot, I would suggest checking with TAC.
