Is there an API for the "In-call feature access" features

Is there an API to set the features that can be found in the Webex Control Hub under:

Users>Calling>User call experience>In-call feature access

For the sake of clarity, I have added a screenshot where these features are configured in the Webex Calling portal. Specifically, I am referring to the following In-call feature access features:

1. Sharing content

•   Request control
•   Give control
•   Screen Sharing

2. Video

• Video on desktop
• Video on mobile

3. Additional feature

• Move calls to meetings
• Display call recording indicator for automatic recording
• Display calling dock
