hello, how can I create a poll in a Webex group that already exists?

Pollbot in our WebEx group stopped expiring. Even when I change the interval setting. Any idea?

@davlin3 do you mean that you created a poll that was set to end some time later but it didn't end? Or do you mean something else?

In any case, I'd advise creating a ticket for this (email devsupport@webex.com), please share the user who created the poll and when it was created (if you have a timestamp that would help), as well as the exact issue being faced. We can then investigate further.

It used to work before Nov/25. Then it just stop expiring. Delete/re-adding poll-bot@webex.bot didn't help. Not sure if I am the only one experiencing this issue. Perhaps someone should restart poll-bot@webex.bot. Is there an alternative pollbot I can try out? In any event, I will try to file a ticket.
