Hi,
We have the following problem:
We have synced the contacts from a LDAP-Sync and we want to delete alle those contacts now from that LDAP source.
The problem is, that the LDAP source does not exists anymore, so we have no access anymore.
Is there a possiblity to delete all these contacts somehow?
Because, so I know,
we cannot delete them with "DELETE https://webexapis.com/v1/contacts/organizations/{orgId}/contacts/{contactId},
because we cannot get them via "GET https://webexapis.com/v1/contacts/organizations/{orgId}/contacts/search".
Any help would be perfect.

How can I contact the "LDAP Support team"? Which label I have to use? Or which url I have to use?

From what I unterstand, you are facitlitating Webex Direcory Connector to push contacts from Active Directory to Webex CI.
I'd suggest to disable the direcory connector in a maintenance window. Contacts and Users are supposed to stay in Webex CI.
Nevertheless, as directory connect is disabled, contacts and users are considered local to the CI for that moment. This should enable you to go ahead an delete them via your prefered methods. After that, reenable directoy sync if you have any need for that.
Test this with a non-productive setup first, please!
If non at hand, let me know.
Regards
Kevin

@Urs Wuest I believe this is expected, this API can only return contacts from CH source (from webex Control Hub) or Webx4Broadworks source. Same is mentioned here: https://developer.webex.com/admin/docs/api/v1/organization-contacts.
You could try to contact the LDAP Support team, maybe they can help?
