Unable to find the API to update a webex locations and webex floor location.

As workspace-location api is deprecated, require the  location api document to implement.

@gowthamr the Workspace Locations does suggest to use Location https://developer.webex.com/calling/docs/api/v1/locations . Does that not work for you?
