show specific embedded apps in meetings without the presence of host

We would like to integrate a "custom internal support app" in all our webex meetings to give our users the opportunity to give us feedback / open a (internal) ticket in case of issues regarding usage of webex.
Advantages: User do not have to call the hotline / reduce effort at the helpdesk / get more feedback about quality and issues / ...
This app should be displayed in all meetings, even if the host is not in the meeting. This case is not unusual for us. And our actual setting (first user is moderator/presenter) doesn´t help in this case.
So the Feature Request is: enable the presence of specific app in all meetings in our webex site regardless if the host is present or not. Important: specific app, not all possible apps should be enabled per default.
