I download the broswer-sdk-demo from github. I have copied the bearer and put it in. I can authorize. But when I tried other feature, I have encounter error as below

Is that tracking ID recent (within the past couple of days)? I'm not finding it in our backend logs, which only store data for up to 2 weeks.

Do you have the full console logs? If so, you can create a ticket by emailing devsupport@webex.com and attach them there, we can then take a deeper look at the issue.
