These checks are specific to the customer’s tenant and cannot be validated securely through the public community forum. This includes whether XSI Actions and XSI Events are enabled, whether the authentication used has the required authorization, the correct regional endpoints, and whether the users have XSI profiles provisioned.
Feel free to open a private case with Webex Developer Support and include:
- The affected user IDs and their licence types.
- The XSI endpoint and method being used.
- The authentication method, but not the access token itself.
- The complete request and response, including the HTTP status.
- The UTC timestamp and tracking ID, if available.
We can then review the tenant provisioning and confirm the appropriate regional endpoint or cluster. Please do not post access tokens, credentials, or additional user identifiers publicly.
