Webex returning an empty list for participants /v1/meetingParticipants

Webex returns an empty list for participants and the meeting state is expired (not missed). Is there any way to know from the Webex integration if the meeting has not started?

To get participants, using "/v1/meetingParticipants" API.

@IntegrationDev  what do you mean by "Webex" here? The Webex app? I don't think that there is a way to see in the Desktop app for example if nobody joined a meeting.

Is there any way to know from Webex if no one joined the meeting?

@IntegrationDev please see the meeting states guide here: https://developer.webex.com/docs/meetings#meeting-states . For scheduled meetings you would see the state as missed if it was never attended.
