It looks easy to implement, the only missing piece is the speaking language of the user.
With Microsoft Teams, I have access to a "locale" attribute inside the payload corresponding to the user's Teams app language. Inside the Webex webhooks payload, I don't have any information about the user "language"/app locale.
Do you have any idea how to get that info, so my bot can determine what language the user is speaking?
Thanks

Do you have any update about this issue?
Thanks

It seems that there is no option to do this currently. Therefore it needs to be a feature request, feel free to create a new idea for this on https://ciscocollabcustomer.ideas.aha.io/

I don't think we have an API for this. Closest thing is the /people API but this only provides some location/address information (that can be used to guess the language I guess) but probably isn't a clean way to do this. I'm checking on it internally and will let you know once we have a response on it. Thanks.
