Wehn adding customer by API, status pending_rpl_review then error

I cannot find the meaning of the status "pending_rpl_review" when using that API endpoint https://webexapis.com/v1/wholesale/customers

I have a case where the status for creating a customer goes from provisioning to pending_rpl_review and then error without further explanation.

Anybody knows what it means and how to correct it?

For information 'The pending_rpl_review status means "The customer is pending a Denied Party List compliance check.". It means that for some reason the customer was flagged as possibly not being allowed to use Webex.'

Since this is regarding a query for a specific API, could you kindly share the details over devsupport@webex.com and it'd create a Support case in our Webex Developer Support queue. Because such case might require follow up discussions and tracking it through a Support case would be better to discuss going ahead.
While you send the email, kindly share the API request payload that you made and also the complete Error response with the trackingId.
That trackingId would help us to check the logs actually.
