Since this is regarding a query for a specific API, could you kindly share the details over devsupport@webex.com and it'd create a Support case in our Webex Developer Support queue. Because such case might require follow up discussions and tracking it through a Support case would be better to discuss going ahead.
While you send the email, kindly share the API request payload that you made and also the complete Error response with the trackingId.
That trackingId would help us to check the logs actually.
