When creating People in Webex using the API, below an error occurs Failed to create people. The domain of the user does not match any of your verified or claimed domains. Hence, you cannot claim this user into your organization.
Probably the mail address is already associated with an existing Webex Account.
If that is, you may claim the user and move it to your organization. Therefore, you must prove ownership of the domain. See https://help.webex.com/cd6d84/ for that procedure.
