Greetings,
Im trying to use xCommand SoftwareUpgrade operation for NH-C90 and for some reason this is what it results with:
{ "message" : "Timed out waiting for command result", "errors" : [ { "description" : "Timed out waiting for command result" } ], "trackingId" : "ROUTERGW_ef8ef5aa-e89c-4783-9b85-84d008104736" }
Not sure if it's related to the firmware package link or something else, so I would like to clarify:
1. Does it matter if the link is DL http one, or is it supposed to be specifically ftp?
2. Does the download speed matter, or would it take as long as it needs to download the package?
3. Would it work both for upgrading and downgrading?
4. Is there a way to do it with XML API also?
Thank you

Hello @MaksymRossiitsev,
Thanks for your patience so far!
So, it looks to be a Certificate issue most possibly and it needs further investigation going ahead.
Could you kindly share the details to devsupport@webex.com and we can investigate further through the Support case.
Because that way it'd be better to track its progress and follow up timely.
Also, wanted to check are you configuring any particularly CA certificates or using a proxy? Would it be possible for you to collect a packet capture along with the device logs?
If yes, then could you kindly share those details over your email to devsupport@webex.com please. It'd raise a Support case in your queue and we can investigate it further.
Regards!
Sandip

Hello @sandiban !
Thank you so much for your reply.
Sure, I'll share the details with devsupport - is it only the payload and trackingId that I need to share with them, or is there anything else that I should prepare?
About certificates - you mean on the file server? Not really, no. Not that Im aware of, at least (I've tried to find a location to store the file and ended up using dropbox direct link, and Im not sure if such method is at all eligible). That's why I asked about server requirements, because I read through the documentation, and ssh xCommand documentation states ftp link in the command example, whereas webexapi doesn't state anything specific. I was wondering if that was overlooked or done on purpose, so that webexapi doesnt have any particular limitations in this regard.
Thank you
