Hello Webex Community!
I am looking to use Webex as a solution for "Training Sessions" which essentially allows external clients (students) access to Webex meetings in numbers around 250 per session. I'm curious how other organizations are doing this? from a licensing and deployment perspective.
I'm wondering what licensing is needed for this type of solution and how can one create Webex accounts on mass for students to enter the meeting and be "verified attendees".
I'm assuming the meeting host will need a full featured "Advanced" Webex license and perhaps the 250 plus students will be basic/free Webex accounts for verification.
