problem with webex account

Hi, I am not sure if this is right place to ask this question but hoping that some one will able to give me some advice how to resolve this issue. I am cisco network academy instructor. I had webex account that I have been using for a while. Everything was great until two days ago, when I created meeting, I got information that my meeting is limited on 40 minutes. This was strange for me, and all my recordings were missing. After that meeting when I tryed to log i got this message .... Your account does not have access to this Webex site... realy strange problem, any suggestions what I should to to retrive my account. thx

If you haven't resolved this issue yet, it sounds like your account was migrated to the Webex Suite and possibly moved to another server.  If you have a system administrator, please reach out to them @Skondro4U.  If you don't have an administrator, go to web.webex.com and try to login.  All services have been migrated to that site for users that were moved to the Webex Suite.
