Webex recording not showing up

Hi everyone,

It seems I can not find my webex recording when previously I ensured to record it in cloud. My recording s tarted at Feb 18, 2 PM (GMT+7). When I try to find it in recording library, I could not find any. Then I also tried to record another short meeting ones and it keeps not showing up.

Also been looking for the storage cloud capacity, it seems that I only utilize ~1% of my maximum capacity.

Hi,

This issue is already resolved due to my missed for not ending the meeting directly. We need to make sure the meeting ended first so we will get the recording soon in cloud.
