I conducted a meeting and had closed captioning turned on but I never recorded the meeting. The closed captioning panel is displayed and I can scroll through all the comments made in the meeting but I cannot select them all so I can copy and paste the comments into a document. In Windows, I tried Ctrl-A put the text in the closed captioning screen display will not get selected, nor can I highlight the text and copy it.
What is the process to select all the text so it can then be copied and pasted to a text document? Or, is there a way to capture the closed captions by downloading before I close the session?

Closed captioning is provided 2 ways @Rick-USA. If you have a meeting and turn on closed captioning, it displays actively during the meeting but does not get placed in a "panel" to be able to save. You can also enable closed captioning with a designated typist which then places it in a "panel" that you can see during the meeting. Transcription is also available and can be turned on for a meeting but is not technically considered closed captioning. Since you said you didn't record the meeting, would you please provide more specific details regarding the "panel" you see?
Thank you

It’s the closed captioning panel where you can scroll through the CC for the meeting. You can duplicate this by starting a WebEx meeting, turn on closed captioning and wile viewing the closed captions, click on the 3 dots in the right of the CC panel and then choose "View Captions" as shown below:
You will then see the full closed captioning, which you can scroll through to view the history of meeting participants comments captured in the closed caption process. However, none of the text is selectable to copy. You would think that the developers of WebEx would have provided a way to download the closed captioning notes since the meeting session does capture the data.
I understand all too well about using the AI assistant to capture meeting notes and tasks as well as provide the ability to download. However, since I didn't record the meeting, none of those options appear to work and I'm simply looking for a way to capture to a local file, the closed captioning without having to record the meeting.
WORK-AROUND:
The only work-around I found was to use Windows PowerToys, scroll to the top of the closed caption list and then capture the screen text using the Win/shift/T process. Then paste the captured text into a text document, then scroll through the captions for the next full page and repeat the text capture and paste again. I had to repeat this for each screen of text in the closed captions panel.
This was laborious and should not have been necessary if WebEx client simply allowed for the closed captioning text generated to be downloaded locally.
