Can't logon to the control hub because it redirects to the web.webex.com.
Have a new business account with 1 license.
I could get in previously but can no longer get in to the control hub.

Cache cleared? Does it happen in all browsers? What kind of meeting site do you have, it it linked to CH or not?

I think the main question is:
Are you redirected before or after logging in to this webpage?
If you can´t even reach/see this page, the issue is very likely related to your setup and not related to Webex.
If you are redirected after logging in:
You may use the use the same account for webex-host (= user) and webex-admin.
But it´s also possible (and smart from an IT-security POV*) to use different/separate accounts for both.
*) "credential stuffing": https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Credential_stuffing
"...Credential stuffing attacks are possible because many users reuse the same username/password combination across multiple sites..."

In business-IT there are users (people who use the IT-infrastructure) and Admins (people who manage this stuff).
It´s the same with webex: there are people who use webex (= host meetings) and others who manage the Webex-environment (configuration, settings, licenses...)
Technically the Webex-Admin does not need a host-licenses to manage the Webex-infrastructure.
==> The Webex-Admin-Account may be different from the Webex-User-Account.
This 1:1 ratio (User : admin) may look like "overkill" but in an enterprise-environment (e.g. 1000:5) this makes sense.
Example:
the Webex-Admin logs on to Webex (control hub) using "webex_admin@company.com" and password "123abc"
the Webex-User logs on to Webex with "john.doe@company.com" and password "xyz987"
It seems, that the account you are using to log on is not (or: not any more) the admin of your webex-"site".

Maybe it´s due to a certain language gap (on my side, when reading your postings) that I overlooked the fact
* that you already know that your account is broken and
* that Cisco is already working on it.

As you may know, I am no Cisco-Employee or -Representative but just a pivate nobody, a "Joe Public" living in europe.
Therefore I can not comment on how Cisco is handling your issue.
I am not convinced that threatening a service-provider to move to a competitor etc. does really have the desired effect.
