I'm using Webex 41.8.4.11 on Windows 10 Pro and just started having connection issues with my Airpods Pro. I've had no previous connection issues, this just started happening last week.
When I join a meeting, I get the following message that the mic is not connected. The only workaround is to select Switch Audio, Disconnect and Connect "Use computer audio". Only then, it will pick up the microphone. However I have to do this once the meeting is in progress. If I disconnect/reconnect prior to the meeting, or while waiting for the host, it doesn't work and will give me the "Others can't hear you" message regardless.
I've also tried to leave audio unconnected until I join the meeting, then connect via headset but still get the same Others can't hear you message.
Anyone have any suggestions? Everything was working like a dream for months, until last week.

Hello Cisco Team,
I have the same problem, airpods pro is working with teams and skype applications properly but webex nobody hear me, mic is not reachable and not working.
We uninstall webex and install againg, still have the same issue.
Could you please somebody help for resolution?

Hi, I'm having the same issue. Looking at the 0 replies, Cisco support doesn't seem to have a solution. Did you find a solution?
