Sent the following query to CS:
1. "How do I let someone else open my WebEx meeting and be the host"
They responded with:
2. "...you will need a second license, which has to be assigned to this person who has to start the meetings and be alternate host. Once you have a second license and it is assigned to your colleague, please follow the instructions here ... <link> ..."
I responded with:
3. "Does that mean that I have to buy a second license? Or is a free one sufficient?"
From here CS's responses indicate that they aren't seeing my reply. Now they have closed the ticket because all my responses via reply to their emails, they don't see. Thus this question to the community.
Any ideas how to get this resolved or to solve my problem are welcome.
