I have a MacBook Air and I used to be able to annotate when I was sharing my screen on any internet browser during my WebEx meetings. However, for the last month or two I have been unable to annotate the screen. There used to be a little black drop down menu at the top of the screen and I could allow the attendees mouse control and annotation privileges from that toolbar. My attendees still have annotation control, however that black drop down box has disappeared. I tried switching internet browsers but that didn't correct it. Is this a security issue or a Mac issue? Is anyone able to advise? My Cisco app is up to date.
