As a host I always assign annotation privileges to all participants. In the past few months even though me and my team do this, participants still need to "request" annotation, which means the host has to approve all of those requests. Why is this happening? If I allow everyone to annotate in the privileges feature they should be able to do so without asking for permission again. We are using WebEx meetings right now. Would this be resolved if we used WebEx training? Thank you!

Ho @anna.cale,
Assigning annotation privileges is a 2 step process:
From now on, the presenter can turn annotation on and off for all using step 1 above - turning off annotations clears all previous annotations, so to clear the "screen" of all annotation and start again, just click the option twice.
Note: There is also an option to allow annotation privileges to all as part of the meeting setup. From what I can gather, this option either simply DOES NOT WORK, or is there to add one more frustration to the plethora of frustrations that is Webex
I hope this helps.

Thanks Chris. I agree with that option in "privleges" not working any longer. Never had to do that "All" thing before. Thanks for confirming. Anna
