Attendance from Participant List in Meetings versus Reports

Hello,

I'm trying to understand a discrepancy in attendance numbers on the participant list and the final meeting report.  During the meeting, we noted a high participant list number of 34, but when we pull the meeting report, the total number of participants is 31. I'm assuming that the discrepancy comes from call in users being counted twice on the participant list, but I'm not finding any documentation of this.  Or about how Webex matches up computer users with corresponding call in users? 

Any insights into this would be appreciated!
