I've had WebEx for about 2 years. Out of the blue a couple of weeks ago, every time I sign into a WebEx conference set by someone else, I have an icon at the bottom of all my browser windows, inviting me to share my screen if I want to. I am mostly dealing with different government agencies who do not and would not provide the option, never mind all provide the option within the same short time frame. Regardless, the option leaves me apprehensive, as I do not want to accidentally click on it as I'm switching my views/browsers during the meetings. How do I turn off this option? I certainly do not want to click on it to see if it works. I normally sign in through my browser and it automatically opens my app and pops up the meeting screen. I always sign into these meetings as a guest, not through my account.
