Automation for new chats

Is there is a way to set up rules for webex chats? Like, "if a new chat is created, and it has the letters 'SIR' case sensitive in it then put it in the section named 'HotStuff'", to ask about the one that I would like to do at the moment. Or, "if a new bot messages me, move the bot to the 'robots' section"?

This would be similar to Outlook's "rules" functionality, and would help me gauge the urgency of new chats that I am added to, rather than losing them all in the "Other" section.
