availability of recordings

how long remains a recorded meeting after it was recorded or how long can you open it with the public link?

@AGruber , it depends on the type of account and where you are saving to:

Webex | Record a meeting

Your org sets the retention policy and the default retention policy is indefinite. There will be a limit on cloud storage though, so again depends on the above.
