We are starting to use breakout functionality more and more now that it's available. I had written documentation for our end users, but one issue I came across today is the while a co-host can set up and run breakout sessions, they do not seem to be able to send a broadcast message while the breakout session is happening. Is that normal? I don't understand why - if they can do everything else - they can't send a broadcast message. The option was missing from their Breakout menu. Just curious if that is expected.
My second question relates to chats in breakouts...it seems you can save the Chat transcript from a breakout session as long as a participant saves the chat while in the breakout session. But once the breakout session is over, you can no longer save those chats. Is that correct? Also, since the File | Save as | Chat option is the same whether you are in a breakout or not, it makes it hard to distinguish what you are actually saving. Is there any way to look at clarifying which chat is being saved via the menus?
