Both of the features you are asking about are not available in breakout sessions today. Here in the help doc, you can see the current limitations that others are also asking to be addressed - https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/nics5vf/Webex-Meetings-%7C-Known-issues-and-limitations-for-breakout-sessions
These features you mention may not be available, however, you can votes on these ideas in the User Community Feedback Portal to add emphasis to the need. Once you vote, you will receive live email updates on any status changes of the feature request. Others have posted the features you requested, i have included links to them below.
