Dear community,
Does anyone have experience with not working camera (there is no option to turn it off/on) on android phone on webex call.
At the start, before i join the meeting, camera works but when i enter the meeting i just have the audio. I tried all the standard troubleshoots that i found on the net (uninstalled all camera using apps) but i still have the same problem.
Thank you for the feedback!

Although I have no idea what an "Andoid TV Box" is, but the second screenshot tells you to check if the App is allowed to access the camera. Did you check that?
Note: this permission-settings are not Webex-specific/related are but an Android-feature.

The following ideas come to my mind:
- Check if the Webex/Webex-Teams - APP is allowed to use the Camera.
- Delete all cache-data and app-specific-data of the webex-app:
that´s done via Settings, APPs... (hard to explain since my phone is in german..) - perhaps its easier just to remove and re-install the webex-app - that should also delete all app-related data => you have to do all webex-config again - usually just a few clicks and your webex-password.
- try to switch the camera in webex: perhaps webex uses the wrong camera by default and is now showing a very dark closeup of your hand holding the phone?
