Cameras causing meetings to freeze

We have had a few users tell us that when they host or attend meetings their screens freeze until they disconnect from their webcam. The webcams are the integrated ones on their laptop so there is no USB connected camera being used. They have no issue with the audio but if they try to reconnect the screen again freezes. We have tested the internet speeds and they are optimal. We have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software.
