Hey so, I am currently doing online lessons but every time I can't see any type of camera. I can see shared screens and I can generally use webex normally, but I can't see cameras. I also have to disconnect and reconnect from audio 3 times before I can actually listen and speak in a meeting. Any help?

Double-check your view settings: View -> Show Participant Video. This has an associated hot key that could potentially be triggered accidentally (CTRL+SHIFT+X).

Just to make sure:
- you know that the other participants have their cameras on?
- the host/webex-admin did not disable Video in his settings?
- did you check the status-info shown in the Webex-Meetings-Client (Menu-item: Help) ?
