Can webex have a voice prompt when recording starts like zoom?

            I tested the zoom conference program and found that when I press the record button, there will be a female voice saying RECORDING IN PROGRESS!" for everyone in the room to hear. Which I would like webex to have this option because it will let people in the room know that now vdo is recording, so I want to know if webex can adjust to have a voice prompt when pressing the record butto

You can enable it in Meetings Site Settings:

When I press Start it has a voice but when I press Stop it doesn't come out.

"This meeting is being recorded" is played on Webex....and nice female voice as well
