If you can't access any Webex URL, did you check if your public IP address has not been "blacklisted" by Talos and/or BrightCloud, as described on the following Webex Help article?

Are you trying to access your Webex site - org.webex.com? If so there has just been a service announcement about there being access issues for some sites. Here is a link to the status page, if the issue is what you are experiencing you can subscribe to the incident to be kept updated as the status has updates published.
