Cannot join meetings on Linux

Hello,

When I try to join a Webex meeting using a Linux system, I always receive the following error message after entering the meeting number or link and cannot continue: "Something went wrong. Please try again later." (see below)

This happens both on a fresh Linux Mint installation using the .deb package and on a fresh Fedora installation using the .rpm package (app version 45.2.0.31846).

However, once logged in/signed up, I have no problems starting or joining a meeting.

Can anybody confirm this issue or knows how to solve it?

Hey @Marty3,

I highly recommend reaching out to Cisco TAC to have someone look into this issue if you haven't already depending on what is going on we would need to review the client logs to see what is going on when you are trying to join the meeting.
