Cannot sign in with Webex App

Recently I have a problem in signing in with Webex app via VPN.

The app keeps loading after I input my ID and am forwarded to log in (cannot get to input passwords) when I try to sign in to the account from remote settings.

Still, I can join the meeting manually (with meeting ID and password) with the same network settings.

Could anyone have any idea to solve this issue in sign in with Webex desktop app?
