I'm using Webex through my school account (it's for classes), and my account information is locked. I can change my photo but I cannot change my name. Is there a workaround for this?

Have you tried editing your profile information on the browser application of Webex? Go to login at webex.com. There, you should be able to go to the tab My Webex -> Click My Profile -> Edit .
It may be a case where the administrator of Webex at your university/school controls those changes. In that case, I would find out who your Webex Administrator is and request the change.

Thanks for your feedback. I could not change my profile name under "Edit my profile." I have contacted an administrator and hope to have this figured out soon.
