Changing virtual background

Hello.

I use to be able to change my virtual background and still be seen (i.e. float in front of the background) and now when I change the virtual background.. it is only the picture of the new background, and I'm unable to be seen.

My computer has stayed the same.. this happened over night. can anyone help?

Try to reset database of your client.

Double check that the correct camera is selected.  If you have an external camera, it might be selecting the device camera instead so it's only showing the virtual background.  You can check this by clicking on the upward pointing arrow next to Video and click on Settings.  

If that doesn't solve the issue, check the drivers for your camera.  You may need to reinstall or update them.
