CISCO Webex used for webinar and marketing

Hi

Thanks for providing great support to CISCO Trainers. We want to conduct free webinars to promote netacad self paced trainings and I want to conduct this webinar on CISCO webex.

Problem is I have free Cisco webex account and it allows only 100 participants in meeting. but in my CISCO instructor account there is webex enterprise so how can I upgrade free to enterprise webex account?

My 2nd question is Can I generate meeting and will share that meeting link on facebook, participants who are interested can directly fill the form on webex and they will get notification on their email regarding webinar schedule.

I want same process which CISCO use for the registration of IPD week. We only got the email, we click on the link, fill the form and receive the meeting scheule event on our email and also bind with the calender.

Can you solve my query? We are working to promote CISCO Self paced trainings so kindly give me a favour.

Hello @ShajeehaKhalid8514 ,

Thanks for your question here in the Webex Community. Glad to have you join us!

To upgrade your Free account to an enterprise you will need to follow the information on this help center document - https://help.webex.com/en-us/aojoyo/Switch-to-a-Webex-Paid-Plan-for-Free-Accounts-Created-after-March-17-2020

Yes, you can create a meeting and share the link on social media. I share our event links to our community events on social media often.  To offer a schedule of events, the best way to do that would be to create a Program - in Webex Events (Classic) you can set up a Program, which is a series of events that users can register for at once. You can learn how to set these on this document - https://help.webex.com/en-us/5u672db/Manage-Programs-in-Webex-Events-Classic
