Closed Caption post meeting transcript

I am a hearing impaired user that uses closed captioning to ensure I've heard all the details correctly in my meetings.  Many times I am unclear on a small detail spoken in a meeting that I need to go back and check.  Is there a way to get a transcript of the meeting once the Webex call has ended?

Hello,

The host gets a transcript of the meeting in case the meeting was recorded, in case you are not the host you may reach him to request the transcript.

If the meeting is not recording you may get a transcript, but unfortunately it has to be downloaded while the meeting is still in progress as per the below article.

Thanks I was able to get into the captions and highlights but there was no download button.
