Hi
I was porting numbers for a client through control Hub. I want to make sure that while numbers are provisioned and available in control hub, but not configured for users ( not deployed yet),
Will the numbers will still be available/ refreshed for use with previous devices?

Depends.. If you are a SP and porting in PSTN has not yet completed, you may configure those numbers in CH anyway. Internally, they will work but not when being routet to PSTN and will not be available from PSTN.
Once the porting process has completed at PSTN side, they will not be usable at the devices (specifically: at the previous provider) that has been used before.
