Ever since I downloaded the new version 41.1.0.17621, I see that WebEx is showing offline - no internet connection even after multiple re-starts and occasionally even if it is able to connect, messages are not getting refreshed

"...multiple re-starts.." of the Computer or just the application?
Did you already try to reset the database of the Client?

@Fritz_H thanks for the tip. For some reason, the app is now crashing everytime I open. So, could not try your tip. thanks anyway!
