Default setting for computer to unmuted instead of muted

I generally use my phone for meeting audio instead of my computer.  Recently something was changed so now I have to remember that I also need to unmute myself on my computer audio (even though I'm not using it).  It never used to be like that.  If I used my phone for audio there was no extra step to unmute my computer.  Is there a setting that I can change to default my computer to be unmuted?  Thanks in advance for your help.

You can change that setting in Webex App under Settings >> Join Options. Please take a look at the screenshot:
