Does anyone know how to set that an attendee's webcam is not turned on by default? Using WebEx Meetings.
We have meetings with customers outside our organization and want the video to be turned off when joining, similar to muting the microphones.
Under Scheduling Options, the check box is unselectable (grayed out) and under Meeting Options, video selection cannot be changed.
Is there a setting in the Administration Configuration that can turn off the video but allows users to turn it on when necessary?
I see when users join, they have the control to turn off their video but we want a session control. We don't want to disable video completely. We want for user to be able to turn on video if necessary.
